Corporate Sponsors Needed
Archbold Community Theatre is excited to be bringing Mary Poppins to the Archbold High School stage. This is a huge undertaking for us. This is the first time we will be flying cast members. While this brings a huge level of excitement it also brings a great amount of expense. Because of the popularity of the show the royalties are also higher than normal. In addition to that we are costuming 44 cast members who have multiple costumes changes and building the biggest set we have ever had.
ACT has a reputation for bringing high quality theater to NW Ohio and we do not want this show to be any exception. In order to do this show properly we are looking for support from some of the area businesses to help offset some of the expenses. Archbold Medical Center and Parkview Physicians Group have already set the pace by agreeing to be sponsors at the Executive Producer level. Would you please consider joining them as a sponsor of this exciting production? There are three levels of sponsorship available. All levels of sponsorship include a prominent ad in our program insert and your company name on our advertising posters.
If you or someone you know is interested in being a corporate sponsor please contact Steve or Teresa Van Sickle (419-445-0391 or actdramaduo@yahoo.com) by Tuesday, June 9th.

For those of you that may not know what this is, when someone is interested in directing a show they need to mail or email a director’s letter of interest to a member of the ACT board telling them what show they would like to direct. If only one person sends in a letter and the board is confident of their directing abilities they will be allowed to direct the show. If multiple people are interested in directing the same show the ACT Executive Team interviews each candidate and chooses the person they feel will do the best job.
