Reading Committee 
The reading committee is busy pulling together scripts to read for the 2004/2005 season. If there are any plays you would like us to read, please give Teresa Van Sickle a call at 419-445-0391 and if we can find it, we will add it to our reading list.

Facilities Committee 
The Facilities Committee has been busy making plans and getting the facility ready for the Fulton/Henry District Cub Scout Fun Day on January 18. We are also busy revising our "To Do" list and trying to prioritize everything. If you would be interested in being part of this committee, please contact Teresa Van Sickle at 419-445-0391.

Development/Nominating/Membership Committee 
At its organizational meeting, which is traditionally attended by just the Board representatives (Karen Ruth, Michael Short, Steve VanSickle, Mark Hagans, & Bill Phelps) the committee outlined its goals for the upcoming season: 

Advertisers Campaign - Start the campaign a little earlier than usual. Continually look for new advertisers. Demonstrate to our community why it is an excellent idea to advertise in the ACT program: support the arts in NW Ohio! 

Membership Campaign - The campaign should start during Fiddler on the Roof in July. Work hard to increase our membership. Several additional "perks" to help entice membership were discussed. We are so fortunate to have so many wonderful advertisers and members. Because of their continued support, we are able to bring quality "live" theatre to the community and the surrounding areas. 

Capital Campaign - If you are wondering what has happened to our campaign that would allow us to make necessary improvements to Giffey Hall, it is alive and well! But, during the early stages of this campaign we were asked to investigate the costs of a new structure. The committee felt it was very important that we get this done before we proceed any further. Stay tuned for additional details! 

Slate of Candidates for the 2003/2004 Board of Trustees - Every year we have four vacancies to fill on the Board. If you are interested or merely have questions, feel free to give Bill a call: (419) 445-3320 - evenings. You need not be a theatre "junky" to serve. 

Additional Members for the DC - Last year we had quite a few additional members help out with the various duties of the committee. Within the next few weeks, we will start to make a few calls as our work is soon going to begin. If you are interested, please let me know. Thanks!
